U hladno mlijeko dodajte 400 g šlaga i mutite dok ne dobijete gustu masu. Podjelite na 3 dijela, u jedan dio dodajte mljeveni plazma keks, u drugi rendanu čokoladu i sjeckane krem bananice, a treći ostavite da bude bijeli.</div>

Kalup za torte obložite folijom, sipajte dio sa čokoladom i krem bananicama, zatim bijeli, pa dio sa keksom. Prekrijte folijom i ostavite da prenoći u zamrzivaču. Zatim tortu prevrnite na tacnu, prelijte sa topljenom čokoladom. Ostavite u frižider da se stegne. Ukrasite sa preostalih 200 g šlaga od jagode umućenih sa 1,5 dl hladne kisele vode.</div>

U tu masu dodati 4 kašike snijega od bjelanaca, i lagano miješati , pa kad se smjesa ujednači, dodati je u ostatak snijega od bjelanaca. Lagano miješati, dok se smjesa lijepo ne ujednači, a onda je izliti u veći pleh obložen papirom za pečenje. Peći 10-tak minuta na temperaturi od 180°C. Ohlađenu koru prerežite na 3 dijela po dužini. Žumanca umutite sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom, dodajte brašno i mlijeko. Smjesu lagano kuvajte sve dok se ne zgusne. Kad je kuvano, stavite da se ohladi. U ohlađenu smjesu dodajte margarin i izmiksajte. Redajte koru, fil, narezane banane, šlag, pa ponovite sa jagodama i na kraju sa kivijem. Zatim cijelu tortu premažite ostatkom šlaga sa svih strana.
